Since introducing the world's first foam-soled, soft, washable slipper in 1947, our product focus and operating model have evolved beyond our footwear roots to serve the ever-changing accessories marketplace. That evolution was never more apparent than during fiscal 2011. We literally transformed our business from a one-dimensional, modest-growth slipper company into a multi-dimensional, growing provider of functional, fashionable accessory products with the acquisitions of two successful accessories businesses - Foot Petals, Inc. of Long Beach, California, and baggallini, Inc. of Portland, Oregon.


RG Barry believes that it is the responsibility of a good corporate citizen to support the communities in which it lives and works. Toward that end, the Company's Board of Directors annually sets aside a portion of pre-tax net profit for use in supporting various charitable and community endeavors.

Distribution of the Corporation's charitable gifts is controlled by an 8-member committee of RG Barry team members selected annually from throughout the Corporation.

  Greg A. Tunney
President | Chief Executive Officer, Director

Mr. Tunney joined RG Barry Brands in 2006 and is the principal architect of the Company's growth strategy and cultural reinvigoration. Greg's commitment to organizational development and operational excellence earned him a prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for senior-level business leaders in 2009.

The former president and chief operating officer of the Phoenix Footwear Group Inc., Greg also was the youngest vice president and national sales manager in Brown Shoe Co.'s history; and a merchandizing executive for May Department Store Co. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University and of Harvard University's Executive Management Program.

He is Chairman and a director of the Footwear Distributors and Retailers of America (FDRA); a director of the philanthropic 2-10 Footwear Foundation; and a director of the BYU Management Society.

  Jeffrey R. Cosgrove
President | Foot Petals

Mr. Cosgrove joined the Company in 2008 and most recently served as Vice President, Sales & Merchandising and Off-Price Channel Sales. He brings extensive senior level management experience to his role including stints as Executive Vice President of Easy Spirit Sales and Operations at US Shoe and Executive Vice President Marketing and Sales while at Rockport. He also held sales executive positions with Wolverine Worldwide and Brown Shoe. He is a graduate of Shippensburg University, Shippensburg, PA.

  Alan Krantzler
President, baggallini

Alan Krantzler has been with baggallini since November 2014 as head of creative & general manager. Previously, Krantzler was chief merchandising officer at Tumi where he worked for over a decade, and helped grow the business into a $500 million global lifestyle and accessories brand. He led product management, creative services, visual and retail store merchandising, marketing, new business development and market research. Previously he held various senior level merchandising and marketing positions at Coach and Perry Ellis International.

  Glenn Evans
Senior Vice President | Global Operations

Mr. Evans has filled numerous functional-level management roles in his 25-plus years with RG Barry, including vice president engineering, vice president design and product development and vice president technology. Prior to joining the Company, Glenn was in manufacturing management and engineering with Square D Company. He is an industrial engineering graduate of The Ohio State University.

  José G. Ibarra
Senior Vice President Finance | Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Ibarra has filled numerous finance-related positions during his 25-year plus career with the Company, including vice president corporate controller, director of finance for RG Barry International and internal audit manager for the corporation. Previously, José held internal audit management positions with Philip Morris Management Inc. in Latin America and with Ernst & Young, LLP in the southwestern U.S. He is CPA and holds an undergraduate degree in accounting and a graduate degree in international trade from Texas A&M International University.

  Yvonne Kalucis
Senior Vice President | Human Resources

Ms. Kalucis joined the Company in October 2007. She most recently served as director of human resources for Limited Brands. During an 11-year career with the Limited, she held several senior-level HR positions. Yvonne began her human resource career with Revco Drug Stores. Prior to that, she managed retail stores including The Gap and Casual Corner. Yvonne received her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

  Lee F. Smith
President | Footwear

Mr. Smith joined the Company in December 2006 and oversaw its marketing and creative services functions prior to assuming his current role in October 2013. Lee is the former president of Pacific Footwear Services, a California-based footwear development business; the former president of Pacific Brands, a footwear brand management company; and the former president of Airwalk, a branded supplier of footwear, apparel, accessories and hard goods. Lee is a graduate of the University of Colorado.
