Greg A. Tunney President | Chief Executive Officer, Director Mr. Tunney, joined RG Barry Corporation in February 2006 and is the principal architect of the Company's current growth strategy and cultural reinvigoration. In June 2009, Greg's commitment to organizational development and operational excellence earned him a prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for senior-level business leaders who inspire others, have a track record of achievement and continue to build, lead and grow dynamic privately held or publicly traded businesses. Greg is the former president and chief operating officer of the Phoenix Footwear Group Inc. Prior to his role with Phoenix Footwear, he was the youngest vice president and national sales manager in Brown Shoe Co.'s history; and a merchandizing executive for May Department Store Co. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University and of Harvard University's Executive Management Program. He is a current member of the board and treasurer of the Footwear Distributors and Retailers of America (FDRA) and a director of the philanthopic 210 Footwear Foundation. José G. Ibarra Senior Vice President Finance | Chief Financial Officer Mr. Ibarra, has filled numerous finance-related positions during his two decade long career with RG Barry, including vice president corporate controller, director of finance for RG Barry International and internal audit manager for the corporation. Previously, José held internal audit management positions with Philip Morris Management Inc. in Latin America and with Ernst & Young, LLP in the southwestern U.S. He is CPA and holds an undergraduate degree in accounting and a graduate degree in international trade from Texas A&M International University. |

Glenn Evans Senior Vice President | Global Operations Mr. Evans, has filled numerous functional-level management roles in his 20-plus years with RG Barry, including vice president engineering, vice president design and product development and vice president technology. Prior to joining the Company, Glenn was in manufacturing management and engineering with Square D Company. He is an industrial engineering graduate of The Ohio State University. |

Lee F. Smith Senior Vice President | Creative Services Mr. Smith, joined the Company in December 2006. He is the former president of Pacific Footwear Services, a California-based footwear development business. He also is the former president of Pacific Brands, a footwear brand management company, and the former president of Airwalk, a branded supplier of footwear, apparel, accessories and hard goods. Lee is a graduate of the University of Colorado. |

Yvonne Kalucis Senior Vice President | Human Resources Ms. Kalucis, joined the Company in October 2007. She most recently served as director of human resources for Limited Brands. During an 11-year career with the Limited, she held several senior-level HR positions. Yvonne began her human resource career with Revco Drug Stores. Prior to that, she managed retail stores including The Gap and Casual Corner. Yvonne received her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. |

Nancy N. Coons President | Dearfoams Ms. Coons, joined the Company as President Dearfoams in July 2010. She brings a strong merchandising and branding background to the Company's flagship brand. Nancy operated her own Massachusetts-based brand consulting business from 2008 to 2010 and previously managed apparel businesses at the executive level for companies including New Balance Athletic Shoe, Oakley, Inc. and Nike, Inc. She has also worked in merchandising for companies including Walt Disney and Limited Brands. Nancy is a graduate of The Ohio State University. |

Dennis Eckols President | baggallini Mr. Eckols, joined the company as President of its baggallini® Business Unit in April 2011. He served as the handbagg, tote bagg and travel accessories marketer’s Chief Operating Officer from January 2003 until its acquisition by RG Barry on March 31, 2011. Dennis previously was the Group Vice President of the Home Store at Fred Meyer Inc. He has over 30 years of retail experience including merchandising/buying positions with The May Company and Dayton Hudson. He is a business graduate of Oregon State University. |

Mark Zobel President | Foot Petals Mr. Zobel, was named President of the Foot Petals business unit in January 2012 following three years as RG Barry’s Vice President of Marketing. He previously played key strategy and new product development roles with leading consumer goods companies including Scotts Miracle-Gro, Frito-Lay and SC Johnson. Mark holds an undergraduate degree in applied economics and business management from Cornell University and a master’s degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. |
